1. Terms of Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in unused and original condition
It must be returned in its original packaging
Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival

2. Reasons for Return

You may return items for the following reasons:

Damaged during shipping
Incorrect item received
Product defect or quality issue

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind on custom orders
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
